Drops proposes new ways of exchanging value in DeFi, simultaneously allowing for the liquefaction of illiquid or locked assets while providing new avenues of investment. By providing a fully secure, decentralized, and peer-to-peer marketplace for buying and selling locked liquidity, Drops accelerates the velocity of DeFi capital.

**This stimulates the DeFi economy as a whole, providing particular benefit and value to liquidity sellers, liquidity buyers & DROPS Token holders.**

This documentation will provide a breakdown of the inner workings and operability of the Drops marketplace. It will provide examples of its uses, and make an argument for the necessity of its existence within the DeFi space.
